Deep Drawing
Deep drawing is a forming process that combines tensile and compressive forces to change a sheet-metal blank (also known as a circular blank, circle, round blank, round, foil, plate, or sheet) into a hollow body that is open on one side or to change a pre-drawn hollow body into one with a smaller cross section without wishing to alter the thickness of the sheet.

is one of the key forming processes used in sheet metal working. Its applications include large-scale as well as small-batch production, e.g., it is used in the automotive industry, aviation, or medical technology.
We produce our deep-drawn parts on presses and drawing presses using rigid tools:
- Hydraulic drawing presses (40 to 315 tonnes), bed sizes: 560 x 560 to 1,100 x 1,250 mm
- Transfer press with 8 stations, 120 tonnes
- Cutting, crimping, thread cutting machines, etc.

If the final draw depth cannot be achieved in a single drawing operation, the workpiece is progressively drawn (transferred) through multiple stations.
Reverse Drawing
Reverse drawing is a special deep drawing technique that only a few sheet metal working companies have managed to master. We are one of them.
The process is carried out on cold metal. It involves reversing the direction of the material, thereby turning the cylinder inside out.
