Grinding
is a cutting process for the fine machining and finishing of workpieces. It involves removing excess material in the form of chips. If necessary, we will even give the product one last buff by hand!
Polishing
We can also polish the parts to a mirror finish. With our state-of-the-art systems, we can ensure flawless products.
Deburring
We use a mechanical method to remove burrs (sharp/frayed edges or splinters left behind by machining or production processes) from workpieces.
Drag Grinding
The drag grinding process is a further development of the vibratory grinding technique. In drag grinding technology, the workpieces are mounted on holders and pulled through the abbrasive grains or polishing granules with coordinated process settings. This ensures that no damage occurs to the workpieces during the actual grinding or polishing process. This type of deburring allows the machining process to be controlled with almost second-by-second accuracy. This leads to a very high process reliability.
