Tool Making
In the interest of quality assurance, we make any tools that are required for mass-producing parts at our very own in-house tool shop. Here, our trained toolmakers (known as “polymechanics” in Switzerland) use high-precision CNC-controlled machine tools to refine the results until they create the ideal product. This means that we are able to respond to every customer need in an individual and flexible way.
Module Assembly and Material Procurement
As well as producing single parts or entire series for you, we are also able to streamline your production processes by pre-assembling everything from simple or complex modules right through to high-tech products.
We can combine various components to create modules and will even procure all the individual parts required for this assembly work.
Or perhaps you are interested in finished products! If so, we will produce and procure everything in accordance with your specifications, assemble your products ready for use, and deliver them straight to your customers.
