Laser cutting is a thermal cutting process that relies on a laser beam to cut precise shapes out of sheet metal and other materials.
is the preferred method for workpieces with complex contours that have to be machined quickly and precisely in the context of sheet metal working. The laser beam is generated inside the laser source and then focused with a lens to create a high-power beam with a very small diameter. This focused laser beam hits the raw material and causes it to melt. The molten material is then blown with compressed air.
This noncontact process offers a cost-effective method for cutting sheet metal even when the batch sizes are very small.
We carry out laser cutting on:
- A laser cutting system (working area: 5,000 x 1,550 mm)
- A combined laser cutting and CNC stamping system
