Stamping: Metal component stamped and bent

Stamping

refers to a cutting process that cuts through a metal sheet (aluminum, chrome steel, etc.) in a single stroke. Individual strokes are used to make shapes in the part (e.g., round holes) and to create its outer contours.

Stamping / Bending

is the optimum process for working metal parts that have to be produced in larger quantities. In such cases, it is more cost-effective to rely on machines or systems that use specific tools to process the metal sheets. Several essential metal working processes can be performed in a single operation. Thanks to the high cycle speeds of our automatic machines, we can save you both time and money.

We use a variety of different systems for the work:

  • Stamping machines and automatic stamping presses with forces of up to 2,000 kN
  • An automatic stamping and bending machine
  • Straightening systems, notching machines
